Dr. Zanetha Thomas is a dedicated General Physician with expertise in the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of acute and chronic medical conditions. She is committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centered care with a focus on preventive health and the management of lifestyle-related diseases.

Dr. Zanetha completed her MBBS from Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical College, Kolenchery, Ernakulam (2009–2015). She subsequently earned her MD in General Medicine from P.K. Das Institute of Medical Sciences, Ottapalam, Palakkad (2022–2025). Her postgraduate thesis, titled “Orthostatic Hypotension and QTc Prolongation Among Diabetic and Non-Diabetic Persons,” reflects her academic interest in cardiovascular complications associated with diabetes.

She began her medical career as a Casualty Medical Officer at St. James Hospital, Chalakudy, where she served from 2016 to 2017, managing emergency and critically ill patients. She then worked as a Casualty Medical Officer at St. Joseph Hospital, Manjummel, Ernakulam, from 2017 to 2018, gaining extensive experience in emergency medicine and acute patient management.

Following the completion of her postgraduate training, Dr. Zanetha worked as a Senior Resident in the Department of General Medicine at Kerala Medical College, Mangode, Palakkad, from October 2025 to March 2026, independently managing both outpatient (OP) and inpatient (IP) services while caring for patients with a wide spectrum of medical disorders.

Since 22 April 2026, Dr. Zanetha has been serving at MAGJ Hospital as a Consultant in General Medicine, providing comprehensive medical care with a strong emphasis on accurate diagnosis, chronic disease management, preventive healthcare, and holistic patient care.
