Dr. Nixon Lopez is a dedicated Pediatrician with expertise in neonatal and child healthcare, preventive pediatrics, and evidence-based clinical practice. He is committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive, and family-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents while promoting their overall health and well-being.

Dr. Nixon completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Kozhikode, Kerala, and subsequently pursued DNB in Pediatrics at Apollo BGS Hospital, Mysore, Karnataka, where he received extensive training in neonatal and pediatric care.

Since 2024, he has been serving as a Junior Consultant in the Department of Pediatrics at Kangaroo Care Mother and Child Hospital, Mysore, Karnataka, providing comprehensive pediatric care, neonatal management, and developmental health services.

During his postgraduate training, Dr. Nixon actively participated in academic and clinical research. His thesis, “Correlation Between Transcutaneous and Serum Bilirubin in Preterm Neonates (28–34 Weeks Gestation),” contributed to improving the assessment and management of neonatal jaundice. He also conducted a clinical audit on neonatal jaundice and was actively involved in community outreach programs, including awareness classes and school health surveys focusing on nutrition and vaccination.

Dr. Nixon has successfully completed the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – Advanced Course and the Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Advanced Course, further strengthening his expertise in pediatric emergency and critical care.
