Dr. Santhosh Kumar F is an accomplished healthcare management professional with over 10 years of experience in hospital administration across multi-specialty hospitals and medical colleges. He has been serving as the General Manager of MAGJ Hospital and Institutions, Mookkannoor since 2023, where he oversees strategic planning, operations, and quality improvement initiatives.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management Studies from Pondicherry Central University. His academic qualifications include an M.Phil in Entrepreneurship, a Master of Hospital Administration (MHA), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Law & Ethics (PGDMLE). He has also completed specialized training in Hospital Infection Control and Antimicrobial Stewardship from the renowned Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore. His strong academic foundation is complemented by extensive hands-on experience in reputed medical institutions across Kerala.
