Dr Kumari Indira KS has more than 45 years of Clinical experience, possessing MD in Respiratory Diseases, DTCD, DCP and M.Phil in Clinical epidemiology. She has served in several key leadership roles, including Professor and Head of the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Amrita Institute and Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, and has also held positions as Medical Superintendent and Principal at SNIMS. A passionate academician and researcher, Dr. Kumari Indira K.S. has numerous publications in national and international journals, has edited a textbook on Respiratory Diseases in Women, and contributed a chapter to Jindal’s Textbook of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. She is a WHO Fellowship awardee in Tuberculosis and a recognized PhD guide under KUHS.
